🔎 What are we looking for?
Due to our rapid international expansion, we are looking for a Sales Executive for our Sales branch in Ankara (Turkey). In this project, you will collaborate closely with the central team and maintain continuous communication.
💼 Responsibilities
- Understand each customer's needs in order to offer real and effective sales solutions.
- Open new customer accounts in designated regions.
- Maintain existing customer accounts.
- Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Conduct customer visits, cold calls, and appropriate business trips in designated regions.
- Follow up on communications and proposals.
- Be responsible for sales proposals and their follow-up.
- Enter all commercial activities into the CRM system.
- Represent the company at exhibitions and trade fairs (as a visitor or participant).
- Other sales-related tasks.
🎯 Requirements
- Preferred residence in Ankara area.
- Bachelor's degree (Business Administration, Engineering, Chemical Sciences, Commerce, Economics, or similar fields are acceptable).
- A minimum of 1-2 years of B2B sales experience.
- CRM experience will be valued.
- High proficiency in both spoken English and Turkish.
- Ability to travel frequently and visit customers (more than 50% of the time).
- Willingness to work on-site and in small teams.
