With more than 30 locations worldwide and continuous international growth, we are strengthening our Nordic team and are now looking for a Technical Sales Executive based in Stockholm, covering Sweden and the Nordic region.
🔎 Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a hands-on B2B technical sales profile with a strong interest in industrial environments, production processes, and engineered solutions.
This role is ideal for someone who has:
Sold industrial products or technical solutions B2B
Worked with OEMs, engineering companies, or manufacturing plants
Or gained experience inside industrial / production environments and moved into sales
💼 Key Responsibilities
Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, technical clarification, quotations, follow-up and closing
Develop new business with industrial, food and pharmaceutical manufacturers
Build long-term relationships with production, engineering and procurement teams
Understand customer processes and propose custom technical solutions
Work closely with internal technical and production teams
Maintain accurate activity tracking in the CRM
Represent Venair at industry fairs and technical exhibitions
Travel regularly within Sweden and the Nordic region (~50%)
🎯 Requirements
1–3 years of experience in B2B technical or industrial sales
Background in engineering, industrial sales, or manufacturing environments
Experience working with OEMs, process industry or regulated sectors is highly valued
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Industrial Technology or similar
Fluent Swedish and English (mandatory)
Valid Class B driving license
Comfortable working autonomously in a field-based sales role
