Are you a recent graduate or a junior professional looking to build your career in an international company?
We are looking for a Junior Operations Specialist to join our team in Castelazzo Bormida. This is a great opportunity to learn, develop skills and gain hands-on experience in operations, customer management, and international business.
You will work closely with experienced colleagues and receive structured training to progressively take ownership of your responsibilities.
💼 Responsibilities
Prepare sales quotations and manage customer purchase orders.
Act as the main operational point of contact for Italian customers via phone and e‑mail.
Manage and monitor customer orders, including shipments, delivery times, pricing and issue resolution.
Manage outstanding customer invoices, follow up on payments and handle related administrative tasks.
Prepare and manage stock shipments and goods received at the local warehouse (including picking, assembly, and packaging when necessary).
Manage and update the internal ERP system (SAP).
Support the external sales team with operational and administrative tasks.
Perform other operational and administrative duties as required by the role
🎯 Requirements
Recent graduate or early-career professional (0–2 years experience)
Degree in Business, Economics, Science or similar will be a plus
Fluent Italian + good English level (B2 minimum)
Curious, proactive and willing to learn
Organized and detail-oriented
Team player with a positive attitude
Experience in similar roles or SAP is a plus, not a must
