🔎 What are we looking for?
We are looking for an experienced and hands-on HR professional to join Vietnam (Ho Chi Minh City) on a temporary assignment to cover maternity leave.
The successful candidate will work closely with our current HR Specialist during the handover period and will have the opportunity to learn and manage the full HR operation of a manufacturing company in an international environment.
💼 Responsibilities
Manage monthly attendance, payroll and payslips.
Handle social insurance and related employee claims.
Prepare payroll/PIT data and support tax-related HR processes.
Maintain employee records, leave balances and HR master data.
Prepare labor contracts, addenda and employee documentation.
Support onboarding, offboarding and recruitment activities.
Prepare regular HR reports and support labor compliance/audit requirements.
Handle daily employee HR inquiries and coordinate with management on HR matters.
🎯 Requirements
2–3 years of practical HR experience.
Hands-on experience in payroll, attendance, social insurance and labor contracts.
Good knowledge of Vietnamese labor regulations.
Good Excel skills and strong attention to detail.
High level of confidentiality and responsibility.
Able to work independently and communicate effectively with employees and management.
English communication skills are an advantage.

Temporary maternity leave coverage until approximately June 2027, with possibility of staying after the maternity leave coverage.
Start immeditely into the role.
Initial training and handover with the current HR Specialist.
Participation in two full payroll cycles before independently taking over the role.
