This position goes far beyond traditional accounting—it's an opportunity to dive into international finance from a strategic standpoint. As an Accountant at the Venair Group, working from our headquarters in Terrassa (Barcelona), you will be actively involved in the financial management of a company with a global footprint.
You will work closely with the CFO in Spain and the finance teams of our international subsidiaries, in an environment that fosters continuous learning and professional development. In the short to medium term, your role will evolve toward overseeing the accounting of our offices around the world.

- Manage daily treasury operations and bank reconciliations, ensuring efficient and up-to-date cash control.
- Prepare and analyze key financial reports, including profit and loss statements, provisions, and cash flows, supporting monthly and annual closings.
- Record invoices and monitor corporate expenses, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with internal policies.
- Perform the full accounting cycle for international subsidiaries, collaborating with local firms on accounting and tax reconciliations.
- Coordinate closely with the CFO, contributing to financial reporting and international compliance.
- Drive continuous improvement in accounting and financial processes, proposing practical and efficient solutions.
- Collaborate in cross-functional finance tasks, adapting to business needs in a dynamic and multicultural environment.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related fields.
- B2 level of English is essential.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
- Attention to detail, proactive mindset, and ability to handle responsibilities independently.
- Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience, preferably in an international environment.
- Permanent contract.

- Flexible working hours from Monday to Thursday (start between 8:00–9:00 a.m., end between 4:44–5:44 p.m.).
