Job description

Venair is a leading engineering and manufacturing company of silicone hoses and flexible silicone pieces for the most demanding sectors, such as pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, fuel cells, and aerospace.

We provide innovative custom solutions according to our customer's requirements. The Group was established in 1986. Nowadays Venair has 28 sales branches distributed in Europe, Africa, Asia, and America, 3 manufacturing centres, and employs more than 300 people around the world.

Due to our international expansion, we are seeking a Business Development Representative to develop the business in Germany, by working as a part of the sales support team.

You will act as a BDR, working to grow and maintain our portfolio of customers, searching for new business opportunities, and analysing the market context.

Key responsibilities
  • Identify prospects and manage the entire sales cycle to close new business (onsite) by doing prospection, cold calling, quotations, follow-up, monitoring, attention, advice, and after-sales service.
  • Market analysis, and contact/lead creation.
  • Foster customer service relationships with clients to generate future sales opportunities.
  • Champion company products by demonstrating product-specific knowledge.
  • Achieve sales goals by following proven processes and developing new ones.
  • Fill in the CRM with all your commercial efforts.
  • Report to the Sales Manager.
  • Other sales tasks.
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree (Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or similar).
  • B2B Sales Experience from 1 to 2 years especially in green fields and sectors such as pharmaceutical or food.
  • High level of English.
  • High level of German.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
