Key responsibilities
- Support recruitment processes: posting job offers, CV screening, contacting candidates, and participating in interviews.
- Assist in organizing internal training and tracking development activities.
- Help manage and update the employee database.
- Participate in employer branding and social media projects related to attracting young talent.
- Learn about onboarding and employee experience processes.
Required qualifications
- Student in Labour Relations, Psychology, or a Master’s in HR.
- B2 level of English.
- Eagerness to learn and contribute, with attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and social media.
