As a Business Developer Representative at Venair, you won’t just be prospecting or cold calling, you’ll be the driving force behind turning conversations into real business, transforming market insights into qualified leads, and ensuring clients experience seamless service from the very first contact to long after the deal is closed. You’ll foster strong customer relationships, champion our solutions with product-specific expertise, and achieve ambitious sales goals while leaving your footprint in every CRM entry and client interaction.
- Provide pricing to the sales team and help create quotations in the pre-sales process.
- Identify prospects and manage the entire sales cycle to close new business (onsite) by doing prospection, cold calling, quotations, follow-up, monitoring, attention, advice, and after-sales service.
- Foster customer service relationships with clients to generate future sales opportunities.
- Champion company products by demonstrating product-specific knowledge.
- Help manage CRM tasks related with the sales team.
- Giving support in tasks related to Operations Department.
- Report to the Sales Manager.
- Other sales related tasks.
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Business, or a relevant discipline.
- Minimum of 2 years of B2B sales experience in related fields.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working independently and in a regional setting.
