We are expanding our team! We are actively seeking an administrative logistics technician to support the Operations and Sales department at our central headquarters in France, located in Neyron, a few kilometers from Lyon.
Key responsibilities
- Managing the reception of shipments in the ERP system.
- Transport management.
- Inventory control and management in the ERP system.
- Support in shipment management.
- Inputting and tracking orders in the ERP system, ensuring their accuracy and timely delivery.
- Telephone reception and email management.
- Other administrative tasks.
Required qualifications
- Employment type: Permanent contract (CDI).
- Salary: €24,000 to €27,000 per year.

We offer
- BAC+2 level degree or equivalent in commerce, management, or a similar field.
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in an international environment.
- Proven skills in managing ERP systems such as SAP.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong customer service orientation and ability to solve problems proactively.
- Fluent in English; Spanish proficiency would be a plus.
