Key responsibilities
- Lead and manage projects by coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Supervise the design and development of customized solutions for clients in various industries, ensuring compliance with industry standards and specifications.
- Provide technical guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle, including the design, testing, and implementation phases.
- Act as the main point of contact for the sales team and clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their requirements are met through tailored solutions.
- Prepare detailed project documentation, including technical reports, design specifications, and progress updates.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the development of best practices in project management and engineering.
- Other related tasks.
Required qualifications
- Completed studies in a Master's degree or Mechanical, Industrial, Product Design Engineering, or a similar field.
- High level of spoken and written English (minimum B2).
- Advanced proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) tools (Autocad, Inventor).
- Ability to work under pressure.
