Key responsibilities
Reporting to the Sales Director and working within a team of 3 sales representatives:
- You will spend a large part of your time in the field, meeting new clients and identifying promising opportunities.
- You will manage and grow a portfolio of existing clients by building strong, lasting relationships based on trust.
- You will analyze the needs of your prospects and clients in order to offer innovative and perfectly tailored solutions.
- You will contribute to the expansion into new markets and applications, while representing the company at trade shows throughout France.
- Each week, you will meet directly with the Sales Director to share your results and ideas.
Depending on your motivation and commitment, opportunities for advancement—whether in new sectors, internationally, or with greater responsibilities—may be available in the medium term.
Required qualifications
- Degree from Bac+2 to Bac+5 (engineering school, business school, university, etc.), with or without sales experience.
- You are curious and have a genuine interest in technical solutions.
- You are ready to travel 50% of the time, including overnight stays, to maximize your field impact.
- Your autonomy, perseverance, and team spirit are your key strengths for success in this role.
- You have a good level of English (Spanish is a plus).
