Job description
To support our growth in France, we are looking for a Business Developer Representative (BDR) based in Neyron (France) to join our sales team.
Key responsibilities
- Prospecting new clients by phone, email, and professional networks (LinkedIn, etc.)
- Qualifying inbound leads and identifying key decision-makers
- Scheduling meetings for sales engineers
- Updating and managing the CRM system (sales activity reporting)
- Collaborating with the sales team to define prospecting strategies
- Following up on lead generation campaigns
- Participating in weekly internal sales meetings
Required qualifications
- Minimum education: associate degree or equivalent in business, marketing, or management
- No previous experience required, but it is a plus
- Good level of English (Spanish is a plus)
- Passion for prospecting and excellent communication skills
- Self-motivation, curiosity, organization, and perseverance
- Proficiency in office tools and professional networks
