Job description
To support our growth in France, we are looking for a Business Developer Representative (BDR) based in Neyron (France) to join our sales team.
Key responsibilities
Reporting to the Sales Director and working within a team of 5 salespeople:
- You will spend a large part of your time prospecting new clients and identifying promising opportunities through various communication channels: phone, video calls, LinkedIn, web marketing, etc.
- You will manage and develop a portfolio of existing clients by building strong and lasting relationships.
- You will analyze the needs of prospects and clients to offer innovative and tailored solutions.
- You will contribute to the expansion of new markets and applications while representing the company at trade shows across France.
- You will provide technical and commercial support to the field sales team.
- Every week, you will report directly to the Sales Director to share your results and ideas.
Depending on your motivation and involvement, medium-term opportunities for sectoral, field, international or higher-responsibility advancement may be offered.
Required qualifications
- You hold a degree from Bac+2 to Bac+5 (engineering school, business school, university, etc.), with or without sales experience.
- You are curious and show a genuine interest in technical solutions.
- You are dynamic and ready to engage in innovative and bold prospecting to optimize our sales actions.
- Your autonomy, perseverance, and team spirit are your main assets for success in this role.
- You have a good level of English (Spanish is a plus).
