Job description
Due to our continued global expansion, we are looking to add Sales Engineers to our Venair GmbH sales team to boost business development at the national level.
Key responsibilities
- Make cold calls to generate new business opportunities.
- Interact with specific customer segments and territories to drive sales growth.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products.
- Cultivate long-term relationships with leads to convert them into sales.
- Open new accounts. Actively seek new business opportunities in the market.
- Plan and execute frequent business trips within the assigned region to meet with customers and prospects.
- Represent the company at trade shows and industry events.
- Prepare sales quotes.
- Perform other sales-related tasks as needed.
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of sales experience, making cold calls, generating leads, building relationships, and meeting sales targets. Passion for sales.
- Knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Problem-solving, organisational, and analytical skills, and curiosity. Commitment.
- Valid driving licence.
