🔎 What are we looking for?

Due to our international expansion, we are looking for a Business Development Representative based in our sales office in Merrimack, NH (USA) to expand our business in a sales territory.

💼Responsibilities

  • Prospect new business sectors
  • Identify and create leads in the CRM
  • Call prospects and customers
  • Provide commercial and technical support
  • Create, send, and follow up on commercial offers
  • Conduct prospecting on LinkedIn and other social networks
  • Handle non-conformities
  • Process incoming customer requests: certificates, quality requirements, etc
  • Monitor order delays
  • Follow up on customer files and commercial offers
  • Other related tasks

🎯Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or completed vocational training (e.g., in business administration, economics, engineering, or similar)

• 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales, particularly in new markets and industries such as pharmaceuticals or food.

• Class B driver's license required.

• Strong communication skills.

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
