🔎 What are we looking for?
Due to our fast international expansion, we are seeking a Sales Executive for the Sales branch in Atasehir, Turkey. In this project, you will collaborate closely with the central team and maintain continuous communication.
Ideally, the candidate should have experience in selling industrial B2B products / solutions or process equipment to end users, OEM, and Engineering firms in these fields.
💼 Responsibilities
Make cold calls, engage with specified customer segments and drive sales growth in assigned areas.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to provide exceptional customer service to generate future sales opportunities.
Customer prospecting to identify and pursue new business opportunities, through the entire sales cycle to close new business, such as, prospection, cold calling, business trips, quotations, follow-ups, sales closure, and payment collection.
Frequent visits and communication to the assigned areas.
Achieve sales goals by following proven processes and developing new ones.
Champion company products by demonstrating product-specific knowledge.
Regularly update the CRM system (Salesforce) with all commercial activities and efforts.
Represent the company in exhibitions and trade fairs (as a visitor or exhibitor).
Other sales tasks.
🎯 Requirements
Bachelor's degree (Business Administration, Science, Economics, Engineering or similar).
B2B Sales Experience - 1 to 2 years with a proven track record.
Reside within the area.
Driving license class B mandatory.
Proficiency in English and Turkey.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
CRM experience (Salesforce will be a plus).
Flexibility to travel frequently (minimum 50% of the time).
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
