Venair is a global engineering and manufacturing group specialized in high-performance fluid transfer solutions for demanding industries such as Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, Food & Beverage, and Industrial Manufacturing.

🔎 What are we looking for?

We are currently looking for a Sales Executive – Technical B2B Sales to be based in our Pune office, responsible for developing sales activities across North India.

💼 Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new B2B customers within assigned territories.

  • Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, customer visits, needs analysis, quotations, and follow-up.

  • Promote and sell technical and industrial products to manufacturing, biotech, pharma, and food industry clients.

  • Conduct regular customer visits across the region.

  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline to achieve revenue targets.

  • Prepare and follow up on commercial proposals.

  • Update and maintain CRM records accurately.

  • Participate in trade fairs, exhibitions, and networking events.

  • Coordinate with internal technical and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Business, or related field.

  • Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience (industrial or technical products).

  • Experience selling to OEMs, engineering firms, or manufacturing companies preferred.

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.

  • Willingness to travel extensively (50%+).

  • Valid driving license required.

  • Pune-based candidates preferred.
