💰 $60,000 – $70,000/year OTE + Career Path

We’re looking for a driven Sales Representative to grow and manage a B2B territory across industrial and manufacturing clients.

This is a client-facing, field sales role focused on:

  • building new business

  • managing accounts

  • driving revenue growth

If you enjoy hunting for new opportunities, meeting customers on-site, and closing deals, this role is for you.

What you'll do:

  • Develop and grow your assigned sales territory

  • Prospect new clients (cold calls, networking, referrals)

  • Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation → closing

  • Visit customers on-site and present technical solutions

  • Build long-term relationships with industrial clients

  • Grow existing accounts while opening new business

  • Prepare quotes, follow up, and negotiate deals

  • Track pipeline and activity in CRM (Salesforce preferred)

  • Represent the company at trade shows and industry events

What we're looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree (Business, Engineering, or similar)

  • 1+ year of B2B sales experience (industrial/technical preferred)

  • Strong hunter mentality and new business focus

  • Experience with cold calling and pipeline development

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

  • Self-motivated and results-driven

  • Valid driver’s license + willingness to travel

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base salary + performance bonus

  • Total compensation: $60K – $70K/year

  • Car allowance when starting visiting customers

  • Full travel expense reimbursement
