Position Overview: We are on the lookout for a dynamic and proactive International Business Developer to join our team. This position offers a unique opportunity to start with comprehensive training at our headquarters in Terrassa, Spain, and then transition to an international project in one of our global branches. Who Are We Seeking?
- Recent graduates or those in the final year, preferably with a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
- Willingness to relocate and possibly undertake international assignments.
- Ambitious, adaptable, and a proactive mindset.
- Proficiency in English. Additional languages are a plus.
- Permanent Contract: Secure a long-term position within a stable and growing company.
- Competitive Salary: Earn between €18,000 and €24,000 gross annually, depending on experience.

- Flexible Work Schedule: Enjoy a flexible schedule from Monday to Thursday, with a workday starting between 8:00 AM and 9:00 AM and ending between 5:09 PM and 6:09 PM. Fridays feature a half-day schedule from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
