Due to our expansion and business growth, we are currently seeking a Biotech Business Development Associate to support Venair’s growth in the USA.
For this, the main tasks and responsibilities are listed below:

Develop potential customers through account prospection

Open new biotech customer accounts within the assigned area

Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships
-
Visit current and potential customers (throughout USA) as needed to develop new business
-
Represent the company in exhibitions, trade fairs and industry events
-
Ensure sales processes are followed from prospection through order entry
-
Perform market research tasks for Biotech division to further develop contact databases
-
Utilize CRM (Salesforce) through entire sales process
-
Other commercial tasks as assigned
The essential requirements for this position are listed below:
-
Bachelor’s degree: Engineering or Business preferred
-
2+ years of sales/business development experience in a B2B environment
-
Proven ability to identify, qualify and close new business
-
Willingness to travel at least 50%
-
Highly organized and process oriented
-
Outstanding communication skills
-
Biotech sales or account management experience a plus
-
Fully authorized and permitted to work in the United States
