🔎 What are we looking for?
As part of our strong international growth, we are looking for a Sales Executive to join our Stockholm office (Sweden). In this role, you will play a key part in developing our business across the Nordic region, working closely with industrial, food, and pharmaceutical manufacturers in highly demanding and regulated environments.
This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially driven professional who enjoys building relationships, opening new markets, and managing the full sales cycle in a technical B2B context.
💼 Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities, managing the full sales cycle from prospecting and cold calling to negotiations, quotations, follow-up, and closing.
Build long-term, trust-based relationships with customers to drive repeat business and future opportunities.
Act as a product ambassador, demonstrating strong technical understanding and clearly communicating the value of our solutions.
Achieve and exceed sales targets by following established sales processes while proactively identifying improvements and new approaches.
Accurately record all commercial activity and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Represent the company at exhibitions, trade fairs, and industry events, both as an exhibitor and as a visitor.
Carry out additional commercial and sales-related tasks aligned with business needs.
🎯 Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
1–2 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally involving greenfield projects or sectors such as pharmaceutical, food, or industrial manufacturing.
Valid Class B driving license.
Full professional proficiency in English and Swedish.
Knowledge of other Nordic languages is a strong plus.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
High availability to travel frequently (around 50% of the time).
Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively within an international team.
