About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join our team in Merrimack, NH.

In this role, you will manage the full sales cycle, develop long-term customer relationships, and drive business growth across your assigned territory through both inside and outside sales activities.

Responsabilities
Sales and Business Development
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing opportunities.

  • Develop and grow business within the assigned territory and target industries.

  • Identify new business opportunities through calls, networking, referrals, LinkedIn, and customer visits.

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and key accounts.

  • Prepare, present, and negotiate commercial offers and contracts.

Territory Management & Customer Visits
  • Conduct regular customer visits within the assigned territory.

  • Understand customer needs and provide commercial and technical solutions.

  • Represent Venair at customer meetings, trade shows, and industry events when required.

  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and business opportunities within the territory.

Customer Service & Coordination
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer experience and project follow-up.

  • Handle customer requests related to certifications, quality requirements, and documentation.

  • Monitor order status, delivery timelines, and customer satisfaction.

  • Maintain accurate CRM records, sales activity, and pipeline updates.

Requirements
  • 1+ year of experience in Business Development, or Technical Sales.

  • Experience managing the full sales cycle in industrial, manufacturing, engineering, or technical environments.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Comfortable with prospecting, customer visits, and territory management.

  • Experience using CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Dynamics, or similar).

  • Highly organized with strong follow-up and pipeline management skills.

  • New Hampshire or Massachusetts residents.

  • Valid driver’s license required.

  • Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned territory.
