Program Overview: Our International Graduate Program is uniquely designed to jump-start your career in international business development. You will undergo a comprehensive six-month cross-functional training at our Terrassa facilities, followed by an opportunity to manage a project at one of our international commercial offices. The program aims to develop your professional skills through practical exposure to various business areas, accelerating your understanding of our operations and enhancing your career prospects.

Who Are We Seeking?

• Recent graduates or those in the final year, preferably with a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
• Willingness to relocate and possibly undertake international assignments.
• Ambitious, adaptable, and a proactive mindset.
• Proficiency in English. Additional languages are a plus.
