The Role
This is more than a sales role, it’s your gateway into the heart of the Biopharmaceuticals and high-tech manufacturing world. As a Sales Executive at Venair, you won’t just be selling silicone components, you’ll be delivering precision-engineered solutions that keep cleanrooms sterile, ensure product integrity, and support the production of everything from medicine tablets and vaccines to syrups, nutritional drinks, and packaged food.
You’ll gain rare access to manufacturing environments that most people never see—facilities where life-saving pharmaceuticals and daily F&B essentials are produced. - Identify, develop, and manage new and existing customer accounts in the territory and manage the entire sales cycle, including prospecting, cold calling, business trips...
- Promote Venair’s range of silicone hoses, tubing, and single-use systems to pharmaceutical, biotech, F&B, Personal Care and OEM clients.
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate technical and commercial solutions.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, orders, and sales documentation.
- Collaborate with internal departments and regional teams to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Attend industry exhibitions, conduct site visits, and build lasting client relationships.
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Business, or a relevant discipline.
- Minimum of 2 years of B2B sales experience in related fields.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working independently and in a regional setting.
- Willing to travel frequently to visit customer manufacturing facilities within the assigned territory.
- Having a personal car is an advantage but not required.
