ISO 13363 & SAE J2006 R1, R2, R3 (LLOYD’S) certified silicone hose for marine wet exhaust systems.
Applications
This product is recommended to be used for the nautical industry in the marine engine wet exhaust systems from the connection at the engine exhaust manifold to the hull or overboard discharge fittings
Properties
Outer layer
Silicone VMQ, smooth and blue.
Reinforcement
Several polyester fabrics. Steel wire spiral for type R2.
Inner layer
Silicone VMQ, smooth and red.
Temperature
-55°C/+180°C (-67°F /+356°F ).
Manufacturing Length
From 1 to 4m (3,8 to 13,12ft).
Quality
This product has the Type Approval Certificate (TAC) number 12/00066 issued by Lloyd’s Register, which certify the compliance with the SAE J2006 for the three styles R1, R2 and R3 and also with the ISO/DIN 13363 for silicone pieces used in the marine wet exhaust system.
